Ronelle Tomkinson, Senior Associate

Ronelle has a broad range of experience in all areas of employment law and industrial relations. She has appeared as counsel in the Employment Court, High Court, Taxation Review Authority and Human Rights Review Tribunal. She has also assisted clients with alternative dispute resolution, including mediations and judicial settlement conferences.

Ronelle has a particular interest in anti-discrimination law, tax issues arising in employment, KiwiSaver and superannuation issues, and transfer of employment issues in business restructurings.

Ronelle was a member of the Auckland District Law Society Employment Law Committee between 2007 and 2009.  She has presented submissions to the Transport and Industrial Relations Select Committee, and has presented and chaired external seminars on employment law issues.

Ronelle is recommended by clients in The Legal 500 2014.
