Ronelle Tomkinson, Partner

Ronelle has a broad range of experience in all areas of employment law and industrial relations. She has appeared as counsel in the Employment Institutions, High Court, Court of Appeal, Taxation Review Authority, Human Rights Review Tribunal and Teachers Disciplinary Tribunal. She also regularly assists clients with alternative dispute resolution, including mediations and judicial settlement conferences, as a means to resolve contentious matters.

Ronelle leads the firm's merger and acquisition practice (i.e. providing employment advisory support on corporate transactions). She also has a particular interest in bonus and share schemes, compliance issues, collective bargaining, and senior executive matters.

Ronelle has been recommended by clients in The Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners. She has been a member of various Boards and Law Society Committees, presented and chaired seminars on employment law, and made submissions to Parliamentary Select Committees on proposed new employment and tax laws.
