Tess von Dadelszen, Associate

Tess has a background in employment law and is able to assist with contentious and noncontentious employment related issues. She has assisted with preparation for litigation in the Employment Court, District Court and High Court. She has appeared in the Employment Relations Authority, before the Education Council, as well as in mediations and judicial settlement conferences.

Tess has a particular interest in legal issues surrounding the Parental Leave and Employment Protection Act 1987, the Holidays Act 2003, Health and Safety at Work Act 2015, and dealing with bullying and harassment claims.
