Bronwyn Colgan, Senior Associate

Bronwyn joined LangtonHudson, Lawyers after practising for most of her career overseas. In the UK, Bronwyn advised employers on a variety of employee incentive and remuneration arrangements, including senior executive long-term incentives, share schemes and bonuses, implementation and employee communications, international roll-outs, as well as the transactional aspects of programs. In Dubai, Bronwyn advised clients across the Middle East on a range non-contentious employment law issues including on-boarding, policies and documentation, termination of employment and restructures, post-termination restrictions and visa and residency issues.
