Rebecca White, Senior Associate

Rebecca has a background in general litigation, with a focus on employment and regulatory matters, including health and safety. She has represented clients in the High Court, District Court and Employment Relations Authority, at mediations and in Judicial Settlement conferences in both the High Court and Employment Court.

Rebecca provides pragmatic and strategic advice at all stages of the employment relationship, from reviewing and drafting employment agreements and contracts for services, to helping employees and employers with performance management and disciplinary processes, and assisting clients through restructuring, negotiated exits and personal grievances.
