Susannah Mudafar, Senior Associate

Susannah has extensive experience in all areas of employment law and industrial relations, and is able to advise on contentious and non-contentious matters. She regularly assists clients with personal grievances, negotiated exits, redundancy and restructuring issues, disciplinary processes, managing poor performance and restraints of trade. Her background in a large commercial law firm has given her expertise advising on employment issues within significant transactions.

Susannah has a particular interest in dispute resolution and advocacy. She regularly attends mediations, and has represented clients in the Employment Relations Authority, Employment Court and High Court.
